Terms of service
Prima Era API (api.primaera.xyz). Last updated 30 October 2026.
1. The service
Prima Era S.R.L. ("we") gives API access to the GLM-5.3 model. Model output is generated automatically and can be wrong; you are responsible for how you use it.
2. Keys
Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for all use of your keys. We may disable a key that appears compromised or is used in breach of these terms.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are those on primaera.xyz/api or in a written quote. Usage is charged against prepaid credit or invoiced monthly, with VAT as the law requires. Trial credit has no cash value.
4. Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis, with no uptime or latency commitment unless agreed in writing. Requests may be refused with 429 or 503 when capacity is short. Keys with automatic fallback may be served by a third-party GLM-5.3 provider at the same price, as described in the privacy notice.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not use it to produce sexual content involving minors, malware, spam, fraud, harassment or content that infringes others' rights, and do not try to disrupt the service or get around its limits. You may resell access to your own customers if they are bound by the same rules.
6. Your content
We claim no rights in your inputs or outputs, and we do not use them to train models.
7. Suspension and termination
Either side may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or for non-payment. If we end the service for any other reason, we refund unused prepaid credit.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email to customers with active keys at least 14 days before they apply.
10. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Arezzo have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law grants consumers their own forum.
